New Friend & New Means of Transportation

This past week we visited some good friends of ours from State College who just had an adorable little baby boy in December. It was Brielle and Eli's first time meeting each other. They're going to be real good buds as soon as they realize they can play with each other.

And in other big news. Our little girl decided to try out her knees and started crawling last night! Here's a little video of the event. (You might want to mute your computer...the narrator is a little annoying!)

Holidays - The Conclusion

As you can see Brielle had to leave many of her friends behind when we went to Michigan for the holidays...
...but she also met up with some new friends back in Michigan...Trey and Rowan Sloothaak

And of course she met up with some old buds too!

Uncle Jeff (Still wearing that dang holiday sweater!)

Cousin Brookey
(Sorry Grant - you were moving too much - we weren't able to get a picture of you!)

Aunt Beef
(Here they are having a friendly debate over which school is better...Penn State or Michigan... Brielle is trying to knock some sense into Aunt Beef by kicking her in the face)

In other news...over the course of the last month Brielle has not had much sit in her. No, she's certainly not crawling yet...but she LOVES to be standing anywhere she is...

...and we mean anywhere!

The Holidays - Part II

Do you sense a theme in this blog post? Yep, pretty sure the grandparents wore Brielle out over the holidays!

The Holidays - Part I

We indoctrinated Brielle into some of the best parts of the Christmas season. Here are some of the highlights (more to come later):

Ugly Sweater Party (whether it was meant to be one or not!)

Opening presents (whether they were hers or not)

Playing BINGO! (Whether understanding it or not)

Cheering Penn State on to victory (whether actually watching the game or not)
